protect your email with 2 factor authentification…..

Commonly we uses a user name –password to sign in to an email id or social network account.Is it is secure???. I can say that no !!! now you will thought a while that only you know your password then how can I say that it is not secure …… answer is here . . . it is easy to hack you password by hackers, but still we are believing that my emai-id is secure anyone cannot access it .Most of the passwords are leaked or hacked from internet cafes, airports,hotels and from such other open networks.It is proved that passwords can hacked easily by hackers.The recent hacking incidents proves it.It is impossible to avoiding internet acces(wi-fi) from public ports( mainly refer to internet cafes,airports,hotels etc.)
Then what is the solution it is 2factor authentification
It is the system that uses a secret code that can use once other than password.That is  you need to enter a secret code with the password.This secret code will be available to user via mobile it may be a voice call or short message(SMS)
I told that most of the accounts and password are attacked in journeys because in this situation they are compelled to use such common networks.It is kown as holiday hacking.Let us turn in to the heading . . . 

TWO FACTOR AUTHENTIFICATION gives an extra protection than username and password.It will ask you to enter another password when you are tries to login to email or social network accounts from a strange system(ie IC,AP etc.).The secret code which can use at once is send to the mobile of the user.So possibility to stole account information from unprotrcted system can be neglected and also hackers login to your account with this code because it can be use at once.It is better to setting up a password for your phone and sim card.for one who uses a notebook or laptop user name and password gives security but when they accessing from common  network or common computer only two factor authentification can give believable security.
  To get the use of two factor authentification you need two things a mobile and mobile number second one is setting up two factor authentification from a secured system that is from a secured laptop or computer or tablet etc.
Website like google,facebook introduced this facility before few months (updated version).When you are login with user name and password it will ask to enter secret code and the secret will send to your mobile number as text message or as voice call.
Two factor authentification in google:-
•Go to www.google.com   
•Login to your account
•select account settings(click on your name at the right top)
•now you will be in google account settings page
•click on the edit after ‘Using  2-step verification’ in personal security section 
•now you will redirect to protect your google account page.some time it will ask to enter your current password,enter it.
•Click on start setup button.
•Now set how the code is to send,voice call or text message or you can set an application for Android,blackberry,I phone etc. 
•Select sms or voice call and click on send code.
•Now you will get a code 
•Enter it in the box and click on next
•Now you will get 10 backup verification codes(it is better to print which can uselater).
•Click on next.
•Enter your phone number,click on next then also in Turn on 2 step verification.
•Now a message will be displayed click OK on it.
•Now you will be on google login screen
•Enter Username ,password and also secret code,it will send to your number.
•Then click on verify
•A message will be displayed “Setup is completed”
•That is two factor authentification is activated for your account.


2FA in Hotmail:-
Microsoft gives windows live account
•Add mobile number in windows live overview page
•Then select the option to get single use code
•This code valid only for 15 minuts
•Don’t forget to activate two factor authentification when you are login  next time to your account
•Don’t think it is very risky the15 mins setup time is better than a long time gloomy(You will gloomy when it is hacked)
